Seaspray sits directly on Pagham Beach, a wonderfully peaceful location. Based around a Victorian railway carriage Seaspray has been lovingly renovated to include the comforts of modern living including central heating and double glazing. Seaspray is perfectly positioned to watch the sun rise over the sea and set over the garden. The area is known to be the "sunniest" in Britain so for instance, whilst it is raining inland, the beach is often bathed in sunshine. Even on a wet day it is a swift retreat from beach to comfy sofa. Pagham is a relatively uncommercialised area of coast with an empty beach on many days it has therefore kept its charm of yesteryear whilst being close to towns and cities. There are 8 steps to the front door, this door is also a fire exit (there is a second fire exit directly onto the beach). The steps may make the property unsuitable for guests with disabilities and/or mobility issues.

Pagham has local shops and food outlets just a 5 minute walk away, also a splendid selection of pubs in the village centre just 1 mile away. Large supermarkets can be found in Chichester (6 miles) and Bognor Regis (5 miles), however, these supermarkets can also deliver.
